Questions To Re-Center Your Ministry
As Worship pastors and leaders, we are called to servant leadership. This isn’t a new concept and probably isn’t foreign to any of us. We see it modeled throughout Jesus’ ministry and there are plenty of books and online resources on the topic. But as long-term Church leaders, sometimes it’s easy to lose sight of – and disconnect the reality of our ministry from – the reality of servanthood. After a while, you know all the right answers and forget to take off the rose-colored glasses.
